Food Photos
I always tell myself that I am going to snap a picture of my dinner before we eat it all up, and I rarely remember to do it. I am not even sure why I think this is something worth doing...I suppose I just like food photography. I also think my food looks quite pretty sometimes when I put it out on the table, and I'm not sure that either Ben or Jacob appreciate the aesthetic quality of the presentation. So, I will rededicate myself to the effort and try to take a picture of the delicious chicken roasting in my over tonight before we devour it!

I just tossed a still-frozen pot roast into the Crock-Pot with some baby yellow potatoes, a can of golden mushroom soup, a splash of red wine, some salt and pepper, and Siesel's special seasoning. It cooked for about 8 hours and smelled delicious! Toss a salad, reduce a bit of the sauce with some more red wine for a gravy...pour a big glass of red wine for youself. Yum!

Hey, I just found this blog off Jake's blog. Love your posts, especially your lists of things that make you happy/thankful. What positive energy you have! Oh, and I read somewhere that people who take pictures of their food before they eat it are thinner than those who don't. No wonder you look so good! :)
