Little Boys

I'm still thinking of a new name for The Jacob Page.

In my "research", I've been reading quotes about little boys. Here are a few of my favorites...

A boy is Truth with dirt on it's face,
Beauty with a cut on its finger,
Wisdom with bubble gum in its hair,
and the Hope of the future with a frog in its pocket.
-- Author Unknown

A boy's story is the best that is ever told.
-- Charles Dickens

A treasure to a little boy does not consist of money, gems or jewellery. He will find far greater pleasure in the wonder of a rock, pebble, stick or beetle.
-- Author Unknown

Between the innocence of babyhood and the dignity of manhood, we find a delightful creature of a boy.
-- Author Unknown

Do not train boys to learning by force and harshness, but lead them by what amuses them, so that they may better discover the bent of their minds.
-- Plato

Mothers of little boys work from son up till son down!
-- Author Unknown

Of all the animals, the boy is most unmanageable.
-- Plato

Tall oaks from little acorns grow.
-- David Everett
