Woo hoo! We have stamped permits and a signed contract.

Work is to commence on (or before!) November 6th.

Nevermind that this is quite possible the WORST timing possible. You know, with the whole baby due in less than three weeks thing going on and all. But whatever. I'm not sure that there will be a good time for a long time, so we may as well jump in.

I'm am very much looking forward to being able to post a picture of something in a post titled "Holko House." Soon.
