Really, I think it's the heat that has been making me so cranky. Pregnant + hot = the face you see here. (Mine, not Jake's. He apparently has no issues with the heat and makes himself quite comfortable.)
Today was cooler. I managed to clean and organize all of Jacob's toys (will post pictures tomorrow to memorialize this beautiful organization as it may never happen again). I made lasagna for dinner. I met with contractors. I didn't even yell at anyone, really.
And tomorrow is supposed to be even cooler. Yay.
I can't leave this post without posting a fun picture from this weekend. I went to Phoenix to visit with Jen and go to her baby shower. Soooo fun that we are both expecting a new baby at the same time. Even though we haven't seen each other for years, it seems like no time has passed. Friends are friends, no matter the time or distance that separates us.
