Is It in the Water?

I think everyone I know of child-bearing age is pregnant right now. How awesome is that? I'm tired of hearing stories of our horrible economy - can it really be that bad if so many people are choosing to bring new babies into the world? I wonder if there is some sort of connection between economic recessions and baby-making? Hmm...
